Our Execution Process
Form Governing Body
Select a minimum of seven members to form the initial governing body or executive committee.
Select Unique Name
Choose a name that does not conflict with any existing registered societies or national symbols.
Draft MOA & Rules
Prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) stating the society's aims and rules of operation.
Submit to Registrar of Societies
File the application, MOA, rules, member address proofs, and affidavits with the state's Registrar of Societies.
Receive Registration Certificate
Once approved, receive the Certificate of Registration and apply for a PAN card.
