Reserve Trade Name & Initial Approval
Apply for initial approval from JAFZA authority and reserve your preferred trade name in line with UAE naming conventions and JAFZA guidelines.
Prepare & Submit Documents
Compile and submit all required documents including passport copies, business plan, shareholder details, and any other supporting paperwork as required by JAFZA.

Choose your preferred facility type — flexi-desk, shared office, dedicated office, warehouse, or land — based on your operational requirements and visa quota needs.
Obtain License & Process Visas
